I tried it on 2 differant computers and 2 printers. I would of sent it back, but being a low price, it wasn't worth my time. Same result. This item really sucked. It never really worked.
A bit frustrating. My computer company told me to contact the manufacturer, and I was not able to do that. I could not get this product to work; however, I am unsure if it is a problem with my computer or the product. The negative part, though, is the Web site listed does not exist and there's no phone # to call.
